My name is Zainab, I am the Practice Administrator at Functional Medicine Wimbledon and along with Jan, our Practice Manager, I look forward to assisting you in any way I can.
I’m here to guide you through your first steps, whether that’s making a booking, registering as a new patient, or completing any necessary forms or tests before your appointment. If you have questions about our services, need help with your patient portal, online forms, or require additional details to make your registration process easier, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re always happy to help.
I appreciate there is an abundance of information to take in about our services and Functional Medicine in general, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with any queries you may have.

Our admin team is available to take calls Mon 09:00-12:00, Tue-Thu 09:00-17:00, and Fri 09:00-14:00. For any calls made outside of these times, you will be able to leave a voice message and we will aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays and by Monday morning for any messages received over the weekend. Existing patients are encouraged to send a message via their patient portal.
