My Background
My name is Dell, and I am the Practice Administrator at Functional Medicine Wimbledon. Along with Jan, our Practice Manager, I look forward to supporting you throughout your journey with us.
I am passionate about healthcare and patient care, and I am here to support you at every stage of your treatment journey. Whether you are making an appointment, registering as a new patient, completing forms or tests before your consultation, or already receiving treatment, I am here to help.
If you have questions about our services, need assistance with your patient portal or online forms, or require further information during your treatment process, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I appreciate that there can be a lot of information to take in when learning about Functional Medicine, so I am always happy to help with any queries you may have.

Our admin team is available to take calls Monday to Friday. I am available Mon, Tue, Fri 09:00-13:00, and Wed & Thu 13:00 – 17:00. For any calls made outside of these times, you will be able to leave a voice message, and I or Jan will aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays and by Monday morning for any messages received over the weekend. Existing patients are encouraged to send a message via their patient portal.
